The production cycle used by Shutters Factory LTD is partially autonomous. We have the flexibility and superior quality control over our rivals thanks to our own plant. This enables us to meet our customers' needs and provide completely customized shutters that are expertly made.
Our manufacturing plant produces the waterproof Mimeo Composite Shutters. The production facility is operated by skilled artisans. The Factory is located in the city of Onesti, Romania and is dedicated to creating the high quality products. The average manufacturing capacity is currently 5000 square metres per month.
We produce the Mimeo waterproof shutters in our facility in Romania. And the process goes like this:
The PVC shutter components are formed in molds, then extruded and sized. We don't produce hollow vinyl or wood fibers covered in PVC, in contrast to standard PVC shutters. Instead, we strengthen the sturdy PVC shutters with aluminum tubing. The same method we use to construct our wood shutters is used to put the components together once they have been cut to size, but instead of stain or acrylic, we use a unique polyurethane coating. After being transported to our client’s locations, our installation crew assembles the shutter components there.
