One of our specialist surveyors will come to your home with the full samples kit so you'll have the opportunity to touch and feel the quality of our shutters, and provide you with customized solutions to help you create an inviting space in your home that reflects your unique style and personality.
You will receive a detailed quotation for supply and installation of your selected product.
Please note: The quotation is valid for 14 days.
*After this period, we reserve the right to re-evaluate the pricing provided initially.
We will provide a Costco Special Order Form. Simply take it to a Costco till point to place your order.
Alternatively, you can place your order online, on Costco’s website or app.
Once payment is made, you must activate your order - either call us at 020 4505 9842 or email us quoting Costco's reference number and installation address.
You will have 7 days to change your mind before we place your order with the factory. After 7 days, manufacturing will commence. We will install the Mimeo Europe and Luma shutters within 6-8 weeks and all the other composite, wooden and aluminium range shutters within 10-14 weeks. Your shutters installation will be handled by an approved local professional plantation shutters specialist.
Upon project completion, we will provide your product warranty – all that’s left for you is to enjoy your shutters. We look forward to the possibility of helping you create a home that reflects your unique style and personality.
